CETma – Master Certified Electronics Technician
Awarded through the Electronics Technicians Association, this advanced credential represents the highest level of electronics proficiency attainable within the ETA certification framework. It demonstrates mastery across multiple disciplines including analog/digital electronics, communications theory, RF systems, troubleshooting, and system-level integration — a testament to decades of professional experience and proven leadership in the field.
FCC GROL – General Radiotelephone Operator License
The FCC GROL is the highest-level commercial radio license issued by the Federal Communications Commission. It authorizes the holder to install, maintain, and repair radio transmitters operating on ship, aircraft, and broadcast stations, as well as all fixed public safety communications systems. Possession of this license is a federal requirement for commissioning and aligning many public safety radio and BDA systems under FCC Part 90 and NFPA 1225 standards.
FCC GMDSS – Radio Operator/Maintainer Certification
The Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS)Operator/Maintainer License authorizes the holder to operate, service, and maintain GMDSS-compliant communications equipment aboard vessels and coastal stations worldwide. It reflects advanced competence in HF/VHF/UHF marine communications, satellite distress systems, and emergency signaling, underscoring Praetorian’s deep knowledge of critical communication reliability under international safety regulations.
TCM – Certified Telecommunications Technician

WCM – Certified Wireless Communications Technician

AIM – Certified Advanced RF Interference Mitigation Technician
The AIM certification is an elite-level ETA credential recognizing expertise in RF interference identification, analysis, and mitigation. It covers advanced diagnostic tools such as spectrum analyzers, directional couplers, and interference localization techniques used to isolate and eliminate noise sources affecting public safety and critical communications systems.
RAD – Certified Radar Technician
This certification verifies advanced proficiency in radar theory, transmitter/receiver alignment, Doppler processing, and system maintenance for ground-based, marine, and aviation radar platforms. The RAD credential also applies to specialized applications such as traffic enforcement radar, radar-based intrusion detection, and precision distance measuring equipment.
WNT – Certified Wireless Networking Technician
